JD Logistics - Logistics Coordinator/Manager

Location: City of Industry, CA/Fontana, CA

Job Type: Full-time / Contractor

Position Requirements:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of logistics service providers, including express delivery, professional distribution, and warehouse suppliers.
2. Collaborate with business departments, actively participate in the entire process of business projects' planning, execution, and propose viable logistics and distribution solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
3. Monitor logistics and distribution resources throughout the entire process, coordinate with business departments, and promptly address urgent distribution needs.
4. Analyze daily operational data, identify areas for improvement; develop and implement effective short-term & long-term solutions.
5. Establish an effective quality control mechanism, optimize warehouse and distribution indicators, and enhance quality analysis capabilities.
6. Conduct diagnostics and analyses of logistics operations, identify operational risks, and implement improvements in a closed-loop manner.
7. Develop standardized operating guidelines for warehouse and distribution quality control, as well as SOPs for on-site inspections and audits.
8. Other works assigned by team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in logistics; preferred experience in logistics project management with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
2. Honest, proactive, meticulous, and open to new things, with a strong ability to learn, execute, and drive principles forward.
3. Familiarity with logistics & distribution-related processes and prior experience in managing logistics service providers.
4. Experience with Party B (counter-party) is advantageous, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred; knowledge of Chinese and Spanish would be a plus.
