JDE Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

The JDE Operation Analyst is a full-time remote/online position. Candidate will provide technical support to our company's JD Edwards ERP Enterprise 1 (JDE E1) system. Tasks include maintaining JDE E1 infrastructure, trouble shooting and issue resolution, user access, application security and monitoring system performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance for IBM iSeries server - include backup, operation system update.
• User Access (Adding, Changing and Disabling user security)
• Monitor/Maintenance JDE E1 Servers
  • Web logic services
  • IBM iSeries / DB2
• Apply technical refreshes
• Coordinate Oracle/JDE system upgrades
• Trouble shoot and problem resolution for executing jobs.
• Change management promotions
• Data Re-fresh activities

Qualifications:

• BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of JDE E1 CNC experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• QSoft knowledge/understanding of E1 user security
• Oracle/JDE Electronic support utilities (ESU)
• AWS Cloud knowledge (desired but not required)
• Smart Scheduler
• Proficient in SQL
