Advanced Flow Systems (AFS) includes the Liquid Controls and Corken branded products that make fluid transfer safe, accurate, and efficient. Liquid Controls primarily provide metering, fluid handling and data ecosystem for truck-based custody transfer of highly valuable fuels. They have product solutions to support other downstream oil & gas custody transfer applications as well. Corken offers a wide variety of industrial compression and pumping solutions for the process, energy, and transport industries. Applications include autogas filling stations, bulk plant pumps, tank car unloading, delivery truck, and transport. AFS is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK and sales/service office in Chicago, IL and an employee base of approximately 220+.

The JDE Support Lead is responsible for providing hands-on application expertise for JD Edwards (JDE) ERP projects, including business process evaluations, ongoing production support, Business Unit specific customizations, and third-party bolt-on packages. The JDE Business Partner will work with local business unit management to improve operational performance through optimal use of JDE as a shared service.

Essential Functions:

• Translate local business processes into a comprehensive JDE application flow, and ensure that all critical steps in the process are covered
• Provide general business/JDE functional support
• Identify areas of risk and elevate those risks to management. Areas of risk are defined as any process change that has the potential to be disruptive to either the normal business operations, or to the IDEX end customer
• Provide end user training on JDE
• Support the development of end user training documentation
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of third-party applications related to the ERP system

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience working with JDE applications as a functional consultant or system analyst
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organizations

Specific knowledge, skills and/or experience:

• Recent, relevant, hands-on experience as a JDE consultant/systems analyst
• Cross functional JDE application knowledge (distribution/manufacturing/finance/other)
• Ability to learn new third-party packages
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient working knowledge using MS Excel formulas and pivot tables for data analysis
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated awareness of how businesses work. Ability to align initiatives and processes which contributes to achieving the business' goals

• Ability to travel up to 2x per year as needed
