Jira/Confluence Administrator

BASIS Ed Scottsdale Office is seeking qualified candidates for a Jira/Confluence Administrator!

Location

• This position will be primarily in office at our Scottsdale location with option of some remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian products including JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk. Manage day-to-day operation, functionality and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead the Server to Cloud migration of Atlassian products and associated add-on tooling.
• Manage existing infrastructure while acting as project manager and developer for design revisions, customizations, and upgrades to the new infrastructure.
• Design, develop and maintain Jira and Service Desk tickets, workflows, and automations. Manage all updates in a timely manner.
• Team with IT to manage user access, permissions, and site security.
• Partner with the broader BASIS Ed organization to ensure design requests and changes are delivered in a timely manner. Design for scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure that Confluence spaces are fully functional and responsive.
• Review and report performance statistics; monitor analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred (Technology, Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.)
• Preferred 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Experience working with Atlassian Cloud and Server Products including JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence
• Experience with user administration, workflow automation, and ticketing systems.
• Experience with managing complex projects.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
