Job Assistance Data Analyst

Responsibilities: • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Visio. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct statistical and predictive analysis using tools such as R and Python to support data-driven initiatives. • Design and implement efficient database structures to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing. • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills: • Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Visio. • Hands-on experience with Python and R for statistical modeling and data analysis. • Strong knowledge of database design principles and data management best practices. • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights. Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
