**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for our contact center platforms, with a focus on Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based contact center solutions. This role involves monitoring system performance, resolving platform issues, implementing configuration changes, and collaborating with development teams for escalations and upgrades. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure seamless operation of the contact center infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Amazon Connect and other contact center platforms.

- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain high availability.
