Job Postings Writer

We are eager to welcome a dedicated and proficient Job Postings Writer to our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing well-crafted and clear job descriptions that meet company standards. Additionally, this role involves utilizing AI to refine existing job descriptions, overseeing campaigns within our proprietary product, and actively pursuing opportunities for professional development.
At EPAM Belarus, employees have the flexibility to choose the environment that suits them best. You can work from any location in Belarus, whether it's your home or our offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev or Vitebsk.

Responsibilities

• Write job postings that comply with company standards, ensuring all descriptions are accurate, engaging, and effectively attract qualified candidates
• Partner with AI technology to refine and improve job descriptions for better optimization and effectiveness
• Administer and oversee campaigns within our company's internal product, making sure all job postings are current and reach the intended audience
• Continuously explore opportunities for professional growth, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and enhance job posting strategies

Requirements

• English C1+
• Proven experience in writing job descriptions or similar content creation roles/High dedication to developing in this role
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications for enhancing content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work both independently and within a team in a dynamic setting
• A mindset focused on growth and actively seeking to learn and adapt effectively
