Experience Required

  1. Experience in PMWeb Project Management Tool.
  2. Experience in document management, system administration, data governance and controls.
  3. Strong knowledge of an Electronic Document Management Systems, Document Control Tools, or Collaborative Project Management software
  4. Experience in Project Management and strong administration skills.
  5. Experience in business change/transformation techniques and processes
  6. SQL report writing (desired) ,MSSQL,SSRS
  7. Power BI reports

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Maintains user access and security setting for the PMWeb platform
  2. Support project teams for errors and training on PMWeb system use.
  3. Update PMWeb workflows with current approvers.
  4. Investigates operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
  5. Maintains PMWeb system level configuration - defines and implements required PMWeb system modifications including data fields, security, workflows, configurations and templates.
  6. Investigates designs and builds requirements for PMWeb reports and information dashboards to assist client decision making.
  7. Specifying information flows, processes/procedures and data objects that will meet the business requirements
  8. Investigate and model business functions, processes, and information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
  9. Investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes/procedures, and organization.
  10. Monitor, update and create documentation and validate that usage adheres to the established standards, methods and tools.
  11. Takes part in client/user meetings and assists in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
  12. PMWeb User administration and training

Generic Managerial Skills

  1. Coordinate with customer by attending meetings and share the requirements to offshore.
  2. Manage offshore technical support team and ensure quality output is delivered to customer.
  3. Manage the project releases and provide status update to both TCS and Novelis leadership team.
  4. Coordinate and follow-up with product vendor for handling the product bugs.
