Joint Operations Campaign Planner - Cross Functional

Amentum is currently recruiting for a Joint Operations Campaign Planner - Cross Functional to join our team at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii, to support our Special Operations Command Pacific contract.

Duties Include:
1. The First Island Chain Cross Functional Team (CFT) is aligned to the US priority Area of Responsibility. The team plans and coordinates the full range of Special Operations for Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) operations, activities and investments (OAIs) within the First Island Chain in support of the USINDOPACOM campaign plan.
2. Joint Operations Campaign Planners will shepherd OAIs within their assigned portfolio area from inception to completion and as directed by COMSOCPAC and the SOCPAC Director of Operations (SOJ3). Additional specific duties include:
- Responsible for coordinating OAIs across multiple agencies including (but not limited to): USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, USARPAC, PACAF, Interagency, partners and allies. 
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and validating tasks and deliverables. 
- Responsible for tracking and executing programmatic details within their assigned portfolio. 
- Interfacing with next levels of management within the SOJ3.
- Ensuring that new team members are easily integrated into the CFT.
- Lead or present formal and informal meetings related to portfolio OAIs to a variety of audiences.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 
- Must possess excellent oral, writing and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely. 
- Knowledge of force disposition, maritime and special operations is compulsory.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TS//SCI security clearance.
