What you will do

Regional Sales Associate works directly with a Sales Rep or JR Team to cover cases, work within WebOps, and overall account management in multiple territories across the country for employees on leaves of absence and when otherwise needed by the business. When not deployed the RSA will assist and train with a local JR team and execute all necessary JR functions for that team. Field assignments can be as short of two weeks or up to 3 months.

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Must be able to handle routine overnight travel on short notice, for extended periods of time.
• Up to 90% overnight travel annually.
• Must have great understanding of manual Hip and Knee procedures on techniques.
• Must be able to readily solve customer complaints and questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Must have command of all products, including functionality, features, and factors that differentiate Stryker products from its competitors' products, and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
