Position Purpose: The Centene digital consumer journey manager is responsible for developing, recommending, and supporting the customer interaction strategy, driving performance, defining metrics, and monitoring success to achieve optimal digital experiences consumers across all lines of business. Journey managers will be responsible for one or more sub journeys from the main journey. Accountable for leading journey-aligned initiatives and serves as point person for tactics and experience flows across channels.

Supports journey owners and key stakeholders in creating a customer-centric organization to understand customers' situations, perceptions, expectations, and experiences

Responsible for a given end-to-end user experience(s) (journey or sub-journey) to enrich partnership between business, operations, and technology across multiple digital products

Ensures cross-journey collaboration and communication, always advocating on behalf of the holistic stakeholder experience

Responsible for overseeing, initiating, and researching how to solve critical customer pain points and creating strategic recommendations to drive future initiatives

Helps prioritize underperforming journeys and helps establish future customer-focused strategies and digital product roadmaps

Establishes the 'Voice of the Customer (tracking, monitoring, listening) for satisfaction and stakeholder feedback loops aligned with respective business stakeholders

Responsible for developing and implementing the most appropriate course of action to meet customer needs across digital channels

Algins cross-functional teams and collaborates to identify journeys that matter based on customer goals and business outcomes

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Information Technology related fields or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Journey Mapping, Research, Business Analysis preferred.
