As aJourneyman CarpenteratCraftsman Builders, you'll play a crucial role in our team, contributing to a wide range of projects, from small residential remodels to custom builds. You'll work closely with project managers and a talented crew to deliver high-quality work, ensuring every project meets our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, and install materials including wood, metal, and wallboard
• Build and install frames, doors, windows, staircases, and custom structures
• Install flooring, cabinets, and other carpentry-related elements
• Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and governmental regulations
• Perform repairs and maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of professional carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, methods, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork
• Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van for material transport)
• Basic hand tools and small power tools are required; larger tools provided
• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or vocational program is a plus
Compensation:
• Full - Time
• Competitive hourly wage: $25 to $40 per hour (based on experience).
