We are seeking a Journeyman Cost Analyst to support Project Manager, Positioning Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services by providing administrative, business management, programmatic, contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.

We are seeking a Journeyman Cost Analyst to support Project Manager, Positioning Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services by providing administrative, business management, programmatic, contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.
Roles/Responsibilities:
The Journeyman Cost Analyst will be responsible for performing the following:
- Providing analytical cost inputs and recommendations for the preparation and review of classified and unclassified cost reports provided to senior leadership IAW the Army Cost Analysis Manual and the Army CARD Guidance.
- Preparing, developing, and reviewing cost estimates IAW the DoD 5000 series guidance.
- Providing models in the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) (provided by the Government) and conduct cost studies to inform acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management, in support of milestone decisions, as part of program planning or re-baselining processes, and when programmatic changes necessitate a cost estimate update.
- Attending and participating in integrated product team and working group meetings, as required, for PM PNT products.
- Creating, modifying, and submitting CARDs to PM PNT for review and approval in support of PM PNT milestone decisions, as required, for ACAT 1 programs. The Contractor shall maintain a CARD like document detailing all the assumptions for the costs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in an applicable field with a minimum of 7 years' experience in DoD acquisition cost / lifecycle cost OR a master's degree in an applicable field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD acquisition cost / lifecycle cost.
- Current Top-Secret Clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Familiar with Army Cost Analysis Manual, Army Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARDs), and Department of Defense (DoD) 5000 series.
