Job Type:Full-time Salary:$32-38 per hour Schedule:8-hour shift Work Location:On the road (Arizona) Key Responsibilities: ·New Construction:Work closely with the project foreman to meet the needs of the project. Be a team leader and mentor apprentices. ·Build Team Unity:Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance project outcomes. ·Routine Preventative Maintenance:Perform routine preventative maintenance to uphold system integrity. ·Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Qualifications: ·Experience (Required):A minimum of 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience on commercial projects. ·Certification (Required):Must have credentials proving a job history as a Journeyman/lead on new construction/TI projects. Journeyman license and trade school certifications are a plus. OSHA 10/30 training is a plus. ·Physical Aptitude:Ability to handle a physical workload associated with electrical installations. ·Problem-Solving Skills:Strong critical thinking skills to address complex electrical challenges. ·Proficiencies:Blueprint reading, Smartphones/tablets, and email. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, etc., is preferred.
