What You’ll Do As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll contribute to the design, installation, and service of modern electrical systems, with a focus on quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include: • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems inluxury residential and commercial settings. • Working withsolar energy systems and battery backup installations, including PV panels, inverters, ESS, and smart energy monitoring. • Performing advanced diagnostics using state-of-the-art tools to identify and resolve electrical issues. • Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. • Maintaining thehighest safety standards, quality control, and code compliance at all times. What We’re Looking For • Valid California Journeyman Electrician License. • Hands-on experience withsolar and battery storage systems(e.g., Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, SunPower, etc.) is highly preferred. • Experience in high-end residential and commercial electrical work. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Strong understanding of NEC, Title 24, and industry safety practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. • Physically fit and able to work on ladders, roofs, and in varied site conditions.
