Journeyman Plumber

Overview Looking for an Journeyman Plumber who enjoys being on the tools. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to meet strict deadlines. Duties • Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Help train apprentice plumbers. • Assist manager in material inventory. • Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Execute heavy lifting tasks associated with plumbing installations and repairs. • Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction plumbing projects. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience as a plumber with relevant certifications or licenses. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the job. • Familiarity with remodeling processes related to plumbing work is preferred. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with manager and team members Benefits available following a 90-day probation period.
