Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain water lines, sewer systems, gas piping, drain systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial buildings. • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and materials needed. • Perform rough-ins, top-outs, and finishes for new construction and renovation projects. • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions. • Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment. • Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, customers, and other trades on-site. • Complete service tickets, inspection forms, and daily reports accurately. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. • Mentor apprentices and assist with training when needed. • Job will require some travel - lodging and meals will be provided. Requirements: • CurrentTexas Journeyman Plumbing License(Required). • Minimum3+ years of plumbing experience(commercial, residential, or both). • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor as needed. • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and OSHA safety practices. • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work occasional after-hours, weekends, or emergency calls as needed.
