Journeyman Service Electrician

Service Electrician We are looking for a Journeyman Service Electrician to add to our team, new team members will need to undertake a variety of tasks relating to installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical infrastructure. This job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings, raceway installation, lighting fixture installation, building electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting, etc. The ideal candidate must be experienced in different types of electrical installation and systems. The position will be for a Service Electrician, pay will be determined on skill level and validated experience in the field. Position comes with a company truck and fuel card. Overtime will be in available immediately and in abundance over the summer. Responsibilities • Trouble Shooting • Install safety and distribution components (e.g. disconnects, breaker panels, transformers etc.) • Installation of lighting fixtures, control systems, and EMS. • Day to day operations of the Service Department • Meet with customers and complete work orders Skills • Proven experience as an electrician • Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems • Demonstrable ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight • Valid license from tdlr Benefits • Company truck to take home with fuel card • Health/Dental/Vision insurace • 401k • Company Vehicle with gas card • Performance Bonuses • Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • What is your TDLR license number? • Do you have experience in commercial construction? • Are you an Apprentice Electrician or Journeyman?
