Job Description
OLIVER is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join our team on a Spirits account! The key role of the Junior Project Manager is to work closely between teams and external stakeholders. You will be assisting with project briefs, fielding internal requests, maintaining updates and changes to project timelines. Process is vital. Although creative strives for freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process. A strong understanding of legal mandatories and spec sheets is advantageous.
This role will also support account managers through some light client facing tasks.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organized candidate looking to start their agency project management career or someone who would like to build on previous experience in a similar environment. The success of the candidate will rely on your ability to accurately set up projects, track timing and deliverables, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:- Internal team support as well as some client facing support in the management of project details from start to completion.
- Scheduling and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that content is correct and consistent.
- Assign resources and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Extract information from external stakeholders and update into proprietary tracking system.
- Monitor project progress to ensure on time completion.
- Monitor and incorporate feedback from the client and/or the internal team for continuous workflow improvement.
- Have at least one year of previous experience working in digital and print project coordination. Internship experience will be considered.
- Able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload as a self-starter.
- Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities
- High level customer-service skill and mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom and Smartsheets.
- Highly organized and enjoy process.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative management experience a plus
- For roles that will be performed in New York City, this is the pay range $55,000 - $70,000
In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package for our employees.
