We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Supporting the onboarding process of new hires.
• Participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Intermediate English is preferred
