Role Summary
Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced, and motivated team-player with strong IT background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of IT Team to implement and provide support for MM/WM/PM/QM (Materials Management/Production Planning/Warehouse Management/Quality Management) modules. Suggest and implement improvements for MM/WM/PM processes using SAP PRD300. Need to provide training to users if needed or requested. This role uses business knowledge, IT background, MM/WM/PM/QM concepts and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve production issues and requests that are submitted by users through ticketing and service requests.
Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations.
Identify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements and gaps.
Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup or code.
Support data integration activities between SAP, MES, and other systems.
Analyze, develop/optimize, and implement standardized reports.
Identify knowledge gaps, develop training plans and documentation.
Train and develop key users in each business area.
Assist divisions to document departmental processes.
Maintain, support trading partners EDI, system user, and access rights in SAP.
Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
Responsible for promoting and seeking excellence in all aspects of business.
Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with internal team members.
Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time.
Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.
Participates in continuous improvement activities, submits improvement suggestions (CI, Safety).
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to including TS16949, ISO14001 (EMS), and Employee Handbook.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in Automotive Industry required.
Additional Information
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and correspondence such as safety rules and operating instructions. Ability to document forms as required by position.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software such as SAP, and other pertinent software.
Must be familiar with Windows Office, spreadsheet, word processing, and email systems.
Administrator level knowledge of this site's hardware and software is required including AS/400 Hardware and
Proven experience in IT Operations processes and ITIL.
Understands the core business processes involved in the systems.
Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.

Key Qualifications/Requirements
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years working as a business analyst, systems analyst, systems training, systems design, technical support, or applications programming.
- Must have worked on/understanding of Materials Management/Production Planning/Plant Maintenance/Warehouse Management module in SAP.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Experience in Automotive Industry required.
