Jr. Account Executive

Role Summary
The Jr Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing sales opportunities as well as converting marketing-sourced appointments with a consistent and strategic approach. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication with relentless drive in their commitment to building relationships and securing new business.
Alongside a strong understanding of sales and networking, an understanding of Hubspot and Technology Sales is strongly desired. Responsibilities:
- Run product demos with prospective customers with a strong focus on building rapport and understanding each customers’ needs
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the InvestNext
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a consistent approach
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure timely communication to each prospect
- Strategize a consistent approach to prospecting target accounts
- Partner with the marketing team to maintain a social media presence
- Attend virtual and in-person Real Estate meet-ups to build awareness of the brand and connect with potential prospects
- Collaborate with sales leadership on promotions and future sales strategy
- Attend in-person conferences to network and build the sales pipeline
- Facilitate funnel reviews and develop needs for closing the deal
- Plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to produce measurable results
Requirements
- Self-starter mindset - resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
- Mindful of impact, with a strong urge to collaborate with team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience exceeding sales goals
- 2+ years of experience using Sales software such as HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar software
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience selling SaaS Products
- Experience exceeding sales goals in a remote environment
- Experience managing and training others to exceed their goals
- Experience working with a product team
- Experience with Real Estate Investing

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Base DOE
On Target Earnings: $80,000-$100,000
*On target earnings are calculated as the base salary plus commission/bonus.
