Jr. Billing Coordinator
Job Description
- Review customer prospects to avoid delays on their orders.
- Check if there's a coexisting account to avoid duplicate.
- Send out emails to AO to provide onboarding details.
- Make follow-ups when they do not respond.
- Be able to know and familiarize the process in invoicing.
- Coordinate with the team/team leader if I have doubt/questions regarding the invoice.
- Be able to read carefully and take note of some additional information in the invoice.
- Be able to have the correct information in filling out the forms and filling out the portal forms.
- Coordinate with the designated team regarding information that is needed to be filled (If required by legal team or for signature to the authorized person)
- Check and follow up emails if there are no replies from the requestor and designated team within 3-4 days if needed.
- Be able to fill out the vendor form correctly and send it back to the client on time.
