The Opportunity. The Jr. Business Analyst will contribute to the overall revenue goals of the department by working with the Jr. Business Analyst to track sales performance of new and existing product. Successful candidates will provide analysis to guide departmental suggestions for new product offerings and configurations. In addition, this role works with inter-departmental teams to ensure that product categories are in stock and flowing through the various internal processes of receiving/inspection/packaging.

The Job.

• Analyze sales data to develop strategies that guide decisions for product offerings.
• Analyze and understand industry trends and articulate opportunities and threats.
• Assist the Category Manager in setting the market strategy for the category based on identified opportunities.
• Create and submit new SKU requests to Data Management
• Coordinate new product launch activities with cross functional teams
• Assist with the purchasing and marketing teams to plan for and implement presentation and forecasting of their product categories.
• Help plan promotional specials for categories as needed and track the results to assist in future planning.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree with an analytical bias preferred.
• Proficiency Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• SAP Workforce One experience or similar ERP systems.
• Experience analyzing data, building presentations, and communicating effectively through data.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of AR15 platform helpful.
• General firearms knowledge helpful.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
