Uptempo is looking for a Jr. Chief of Staff to join our global community.
As the Jr. Chief of Staff you will support the executive leadership team in managing strategic initiatives optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing organizational communication. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in leadership and management. We are a fully remote organization with team members working in North America and Europe. For our global team to work together we need to have a degree of flexibility in work schedules. This means that if you’re on the west-coast you may see the occasional 7am meeting on your calendar.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Support:
· Assist the executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
· Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
Project Management:
· Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
· Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Communication:
· Facilitate effective communication between executive leadership and various departments.
· Prepare presentations reports and briefing materials for meetings.
Operational Efficiency:
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
· Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with team members across all levels.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and ideas.
Administrative Support:
· Provide support to the executive team including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
· Assist with the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
Skills & Experience We're Excited About:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration management or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a project management administrative or operations role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
