Jr. Curam Developer

Job Description:
We seek a motivated and eager Junior Curam Developer to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of the Curam framework and a passion for developing software solutions that improve social services delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest versions of Curam in a collaborative environment. We would also consider Jr. Java developers with a desire to learn and work with Curam systems. 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Curam applications.
• Participate in the design, coding, and testing of software modules.
• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot basic application issues.
• Contribute to the documentation of software development processes and procedures.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or coursework related to Curam or social services software.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
