Location: Remote US, or Cincinnati OH Office

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary
The Junior Data Quality Analyst is a key member of the Contracts Management team working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Business Strategy & Analytics and Accounting to ensure all business requirements are met throughout the contract life cycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop familiarity and understanding of various methodologies, data and documentation necessary to address Sales’ and clients’ contracting needs
  • Review utilizing Salesforce.com (“SFDC”) and other database management systems to verify data from Sales and other sources; ensuring all pertinent program details are recorded accurately within SFDC
  • Verify submitted data against original documents, issue spotting and addressing any necessary corrections as needed, or reaching out for further approvals
  • Support Finance, Accounting and Auditing, and Contracts Management policies and practices
  • Develop a foundational understanding of PatientPoint products and business and overall Sales process
  • Work proactively and independently and be accustomed to effectively and efficiently working at a high-performance level with minimal input from department leadership
  • Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Work as part of a team and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Use professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Develop ability to create ad-hoc creation of SFDC reports and dashboards to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to review and understand sales contract documentation and legal language
  • Responsible for document tracking, data entry, and over time developing ownership of department document management system, including creating and implementing organizational policies and processes to create a more efficient and streamlined system

What We Need

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field or 5 years of directly related experience
  • 1+ years relevant experience in sales support, finance or legal

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient working within a CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and shared document usage
  • Great track record of meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational verbal and written skills
  • Preferable knowledge of the digital healthcare or advertisement industry
