Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered experiences for mobile and web platforms that are engaging, impactful, and delightful
• Work with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineers to provide high-quality deliverables
• Work with senior designers on design projects from concept to execution
• Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
• Create end-to-end user flows, both low & high fidelity, and prototype as needed
• Explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities through research and data
• Provide multiple solutions and deliverables based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
• Understand the basic principles of established UX techniques 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience specializing in graphic design for mobile as well as desktop
• Strong understanding of User Experience concepts and practice
• Strong in visual design, interaction design, and rapid prototyping
• An exceptional portfolio showing smart, thoughtful design work
• Comfortable with the tenets of good visual design, with a solid sense of typography, color theory, and grid systems
• Expertise with standard design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Ability to empathize with our users
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming
• Motion Graphics experience including Dynamic and Cinematic samples
