Jr. Engineer (m/f/d) - ssMOS Development

• Be responsible for translating new concepts and ideas into constructions

• Under guidance from senior engineers you will learn to identify technical concepts, use specific tools for evaluation and make implementation proposal

• As part of development teams, you will be assigned to development tasks which are time committed

• Apply design of experiment (DOE) according to proposed concept

• Use state of the art development tools for semiconductor development

What you will need

• Master’s Degree in physics or electrical engineering

• Experience in using TCAD tools

• Basic knowledge about design of experiment (DOE) planning

• Experience in device and process simulation

• Understanding of semiconductor physics and processing

• Knowledge about small signal / power MOSFET design

• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly

• High level of motivation and willingness to learn

• Strong team player and communication skills

• Analytical skills

• Business fluent in German and English, written and spoken
