Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Jr. Ground Test Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to execute Missile Defense Agency systems engineering processes to support the Ground Test Concept of Operations for MDA ground test events and to ensure test planning and data generation are sufficient to achieve Missile Defense System test requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Missile Defense System test requirements, product definitions, and integrated timelines.
• Participate in Tiger Teams to support critical customer technical needs, identify process and/or technical discrepancies, and work with the Team to meeting customer expectations.
• Apply understanding of the Missile Defense System and its environment to identify, improve, or resolve MDA system test requirements issues, both internal and external to the division.
• Provide technical support to MDA's ground test mission.
• Support MDA's effort and vision in managing, coordinating, and ensuring achievement of test requirements, capability requirements and allocation analysis while also developing and documenting test requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM with 3+ years experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
• Demonstrated written and oral communication proficiency Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Active SECRET Clearance
• Understanding of MDA systems engineering processes and practices
• Experience in generating and documenting test requirements Demonstrated expertise in multiple aspects of the Missile Defense System

Salary Range:

$67,400.00 - $138,400.00
