Job Description

NetSuite Developer

As a NetSuite Developer, you will collaborate with professional services team members, fellow developers, and clients to solve technical and functional business challenges. A blend of business acumen, excellent communication skills and deep technical expertise is critical to be successful in this role.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Developer. Our NetSuite practice is rapidly growing. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with positive energy, great people and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we are currently looking for someone who has a strong background with NetSuite implementations, support and ERP Consulting.

As a NetSuite Developer you are primarily responsible for developing, customizing, configuring, documenting, testing and implementing NetSuite projects. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end management of customizations, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment

• Able to create detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations

• Develop new customizations as well as update and modify existing scripts

• Troubleshoot scripts, integrations, workflows and debug systems

• Advise end users on ideal use cases for customizations vs native functionality

• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track

• Willingness to work on several projects at once in a fast paced environment

• Can take initiative and work independently, asking for help when needed

• 1+ years development experience with NetSuite

• Preferred Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant

• NetSuite Platform: SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP Web Services)

• Programming languages: VueJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, jQuery, Backbone

• Architectures/Protocols: HTTPS, REST, SOAP, Two-Factor Authentication

• Data Formats: JSON, XML, EDI, CSV

• Developer Tools: GitHub, Bitbucket

• Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
