We are looking for a Jr. Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support business owners to drive large programs or multiple projects.
  • Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
  • Consult with business sponsors to determine goals and requirements and manage the process to stand up and launch the program or incentive.
  • Project manage new program design, implementation, and launch activities across the program team, development teams, and program sponsor organizations.
  • Lead large, cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
  • Transition new programs to “run state” as required, including hand off to Operations.
  • Track and report on new program(s) success.
  • Maintain and keep updated process, procedure, and workflow information and documentation.
  • Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate with multiple clients and teams, such as data science and product development, to learn, grow, and develop new solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and strong interpersonal skills in a collaborative setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Planning and Forecasting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Written Communication.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CompTIA Project+, CPM) or actively pursuing such certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Previous Microsoft work experience is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Ability to write comprehensive business requirements.
  • Proficiency in process and workflow creation and simplification.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Power BI.
  • Understanding of systems architecture, analysis, and design.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective engagement with various stakeholders and audiences.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $60,200 to $80,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
