Jr. Project Managers with Marketing Alliance Group (MAG) support sr. project managers with the management and tracking of details and tasks related to a variety of projects. They assists in assuring products meet or exceed the needs of the customer and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents and disseminates initial project details so that all project kickoff participants have the information needed to get the project off on the right foot.
• Assures the punctual ordering of purchased materials and components from qualified vendors.
• Collaborates and communicates the status of projects tasks with appropriate personnel (Sales, Production, Design, Engineering, Model Shop, Shipping, etc.) throughout the project life cycle to assure potential issues (delays, changes, cost overruns, etc.) are handled in a timely manner.
• Assures all project details are continuously captured and updated in the ERP system as well as any tracking tools.
• Reconciles project tracking and resolves issues and escalates appropriately.

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn how to effectively use databases systems such as ERP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize the tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
