📋 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to find top talent aligned with our mission.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and identify the best candidates for further stages.
  • Candidate Engagement: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Job Postings & Branding: Help create compelling job descriptions and share our brand message across recruitment platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs and build strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Passion for Recruitment: Eager to dive into the world of talent acquisition, especially in the high-tech
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools and social media for sourcing, plus familiar with tools like LinkedIn and Excel.
  • Team Player: Ready to collaborate and bring energy to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools or an ATS.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced professional environment where adaptability is key.
  • Familiarity with pipeline analysis and reporting to help refine and optimize recruitment processes.
