Position Summary

Buckman has an exciting opportunity to grow sales and implement innovation solutions in the Light Industries Water Treatment market. In this sales position, you can provide customer value by delivering innovative, digital solutions that create a sustainable advantage. You'll be working with a team who provides cutting-edge digital technology, marketing support, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing territory revenue by:
  • Conducting sales visits, presenting proposals and closing sales.
  • Gaining the customer's buy-in by conveying the unique value of Buckman's solution. Uses data insights to demonstrate value, advance sales, and grow the business.
  • Leveraging the Connected Prospecting platform to identify and manage prospects.
    • Using digital applications and marketing tools to provide the right solution to a customer's need.
  • Contacting the customer on a regular basis to ensure a positive customer experience and to maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Working safely meeting all safety goals and targets.
  • Achieves key sales goals and growth targets:
    • Territory sales and year over year revenue growth for assigned territory

Essential Job Requirements

Must have had successful experiences:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of water or industry (technical service based selling) experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated sales success is highly desirable, but not required
