What You'll Do

As a Junior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of our SRE team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our software applications and systems. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to support, automate, and optimize our workloads and deployments, primarily in the Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and Collaboration:

• Provide first-level support to development teams, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with senior SRE team members to understand and implement best practices in system reliability and maintenance.

Automation and Optimization:

• Assist in the automation of repetitive tasks related to deployment, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of automation tools and scripts.

Cloud Resource Management:

• Assist in managing and optimizing resources in Azure.
• Monitor cloud services and environments to ensure they meet our efficiency and cost-effectiveness standards.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in site reliability engineering and cloud services, particularly Azure.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure.

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Understanding of software development and deployment lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
