Our client, a large global pharmaceutical company has an immediate need for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join their team.

This role is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • SLOB Management Process
  • Planning and optimization of shipments, truck building and tracking
  • Master Data Set Up and BOM Maintenance for EM
  • Management of Change Control Process - Actions/Deliverables
  • Continental Planning and optimization of shipments, truck building and tracking
  • IRTE Transportation Flow - Global Shipment Tracking of trucks, ocean transit, port interchanges and air shipments
  • Serilization process flow and inventory tracking
  • Discontinuation Process Pre/Post Closure
  • MRP Support (DVG departure/POs Closure/PO Mismatches, etc.)
  • Analysis/Evaluation of Inventory Projections/Opportunities
  • Inventory Close Outs, Code Discontinuations, Master Data support, etc
  • Transportation management - inbound/outbound tracking (MRP free up)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in supply chain
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and writing presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work independent and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to make, and explain, recommendations
  • Pharmaceutical product experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent degree
