Jr. Systems / Network Administrator

Position Description
 

• Part of a four-person infrastructure team supporting multiple offices across the US, with one location in London
• Provide support to business users, resolving low to mid-level technical issues and escalating to other team members as necessary
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Excellent opportunity for growth – more involved IT projects will be assigned based on demonstrated capability and willingness
• After-hours support is infrequent but required
• Position is primarily based in NYC but may require occasional travel to Stamford, CT office location

Position Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-5 years experience will be considered (IT internship experience preferred)
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite
• Basic understanding of networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Support workload of team and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills
 

• Active Directory, GPO, DHCP and DNS
• File and Print server administration
• Experience with Microsoft O365 suite and administration
• Experience with virtualized servers and with users working in a virtual environment
• iOS/Andriod management

Salary Range: 75-85k
