Overview

As a Junior Technical Account Manager (TAM) at RTB House, you will draw upon your technical troubleshooting skills and client facing abilities to assist our TAMs, Ad ops teams and clients with technical projects as well as campaign setups and management of campaigns. This role is for a highly motivated self-starter seeking an impactful role at a fast growing international company making a splash in the US market. This responsibility includes building strong relationships across our Account Management, Technical Account Management and Ad Ops teams as we,ll as other internal stakeholders. 


About The Role

The Junior TAM role reports to the Associate Director of Technical Account Management. You will be working alongside a large and fast-growing US based Technical Account Management team. As a member of the TAM team, you will regularly engage with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups. Internally, you will be collaborating with cross-functional and international teams, but also engaging with Account Managers, Engineers and Graphics Designers on a day-to-day basis.


What you will do:

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for TAMs, AMs and Ad ops.
  • Support knowledge sharing, training and developing best practices across the team
  • Assist with technical issues with regards to campaign launching and maintenance
  • Learn and assist with the creation of advertising materials (dynamic ad banners)
  • Assist with technical integration between our RTB House system and client’s analytics platform
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to deliver high standards of customer service to our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns including pacing and performance to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver both budget and client goals.
  • Work closely with TAMs and Ad Ops team on creating new processes/improving old processes
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of RTB House business. 


What is required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 2+ years of experience working as a Technical Account Manager or as a Campaign Manager, ideally in digital advertising.
  • You have excellent technical aptitude and acumen. You can quickly learn the ins and outs of our DSP to optimize and improve monthly client performance
  • Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Xandr, Amazon DSP or other demand-side platforms (DSPs) is a plus. 
  • You have experience with Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics.
  • You excel at learning new products quickly and often have an intuitive knowledge about how features work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a proven track record of working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging & bidding.

The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $113,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.  The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
