What You Will Do:
- Jira Triage:
- Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets
- Ensure clear and concise descriptions for each issue
- Attach relevant context (logs, screenshots) to tickets
- Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies
- Assess ticket priority and impact
- Technical Documentation:
- Contribute to product-related technical documentation
- Document processes, workflows, and backend system details
- Assist Other Technical Product Analysts (TPAs):
- Work closely with senior TPAs to learn and iterate on best practices
- Support data analysis and insights gathering
- Help monitor product performance metrics
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience; OR 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and technologies
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile principles and ceremonies
The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
