We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior WebDesigner/Online Creative Artist to join our team. As a vital member of ourdynamic web design team, you'll craft captivating and innovative assets thatenhance the user experience across Golfballs.com's website, email marketing,and advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:• Web Asset Development: Contribute to thedevelopment of compelling web assets on Golfballs.com, strategically designedto attract and convert customers.• Creative Content Production: Drive creativityacross diverse channels, producing engaging elements such as website banners,email marketing campaigns, social media content, and graphics for varioussections.• Adaptive Internet Marketing: Undertakeadditional Internet Marketing responsibilities as needed, adapting to evolving company projects and goals to ensure adynamic and impactful online presence.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in graphicdesign or related field preferred, with a strong emphasis on designfundamentals and principles.• Demonstrated experience in developingweb-based content and creating online creative assets; a portfolio showcasingprevious work is highly desired.• Proficient in HTML and CSS, with a deepunderstanding of their role in web design and the ability to implement designconcepts effectively.• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator, and other relevant software for creative editing and design.• Fundamental understanding of Internetdynamics and how creativity in web design impacts consumer behavior andpurchasing decisions.• Exceptional communication and multitaskingskills essential for meeting project deadlines and aligning with companyobjectives, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a teamenvironment.
