JT747 - ASSOCIATE ENGINEER SPECIALIST

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities:

• Designs and plans layout for activities such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and brazing, assembly, and materials handling.
• Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
• Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
•  Responsible for work on document updates, validation activities support and direct manufacturing interaction.
• Assist in Providing technical and sustaining engineering support in the product sterilization area.
• Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques as well as production yields for existing products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
• Exposure to manufacturing environment / medical devices
• Validation and Process engineering knowledge
• Root cause analysis experience
• Desire to learn / positive attitude / willing to take challenge
• Available to work on 3rd shift but training will be on 1st or 2nd shift.
