(Junior) 3PL Logistics Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ford Hungary is looking for a 3PL Logistics Analyst to join our team in Budapest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• KPI tracking of 3PL (third party logistics) Service Providers
• Perform Invoice control checks and provide payment advise to higher level
• Creation of monthly performance reports to generate compensation claims guided by central 3PL team
• Assists supervisor and other team members with the management of daily activities
• Creation of adhoc reports upon request by central 3PL team using different data sources to support the daily business and verify process improvements
• support the central 3PL team with the creation of new desk procedures for Service Providers
• investigate the liability of dealer claims by working with different teams and reduce the occurrences; Follow-up claims and handle escalated cases
• Recognize and recommend areas needing improvement. Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities
• Project coordination and process improvement
• Data collection for internal and external audits
• SharePoint Administration and User Access Management

• 2+ years logistic or automotive experience, experience in 3PL Logistics preferable
• Capability for project coordination
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• cross linked thinking, proactively working motivation
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (very good Excel knowledge including formulas and Pivot Tables)
• SAP knowledge preferable, Power BI and Power Automate basic knowledge preferable
