Junior Account Manager

Job Summary: The Jr. Account Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives & other internal departments to maintain client accounts. This entry-level role will expose you to all departments within the agency, so you will be involved in creative, digital media, and traditional media. This candidate should be detail-oriented and apt to manage several projects at one time while prioritizing deadlines. Skills desired include: communication proficiency, time/project management, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to learn new skills. Any experience with digital campaigns, Google tools, Asana or Slack is a plus.

Essential Duties:

• Coordination with agency members for account services, production, digital, media & billing
• Management of broadcast & digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvals
• QA'ing production and agency assets
• Daily internal & client communication
• Meeting preparation, including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Logging, distributing & managing meeting notes and action items
• Task management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on time
