Position Overview
Are you a people person with an eye for detail and a passion for getting things
done? We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and curious Junior Account
Manager to join our fully remote team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Account Managers to build strong
client relationships, keep projects running smoothly, and make sure deliverables
hit the mark. You’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams—helping
ideas turn into results and learning the ins and outs of client management along
the way.

Account Manager.

What you’ll do:
 Support Senior Account Managers in day-to-day client communications and

project coordination
 Help track deliverables, timelines, and feedback to keep projects on
schedule
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met (and
exceeded!)
 Assist with reporting, documentation, and follow-ups
 Learn best practices in account management, client strategy, and teamwork
What we’re looking for:
 Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Business Administration,
Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
 Great communication and organizational skills
 A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
 Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment
 Curiosity about marketing, outsourcing, or client management
 A team player mindset—you enjoy helping others succeed
