Junior Accountant

The Finance team at Nice Healthcare, a multi-entity organization, has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Accountant!  In this role, you’ll execute daily accounting duties working with amazing teammates across all departments, recording financial transactions and assisting to close the books monthly. 

What you’ll do at Nice:

• Update accounts receivable and accounts payable for all entities
• Assist in recording bills within the appropriate entity and in compliance with the Authority Matrix
• Perform bank and subsidiary ledger reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile prepaid expenses and accruals
• Prepare and post journal entries, as needed
• Contact clients regarding overdue payments
• Assist in monthly/annual closing, audits, and income tax preparation
• Maintain digital financial records

What you’ve done before:

• Obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting (required)
• Worked 1+ years in full-cycle accounting
• Become proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
• Earned reputation for accuracy and attention to details, being well organized with good time management skills, self-disciplined, and quick with a 10-key by touch with accurate data entry
• Proven your ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
