Job Description

• Expense claim accounting – document processing and checking, entering data to accounting system, communication with employees in case of uncertainties, balance controlling;
• Business trip accounting – cost control, calculation of per diems, document checking, preparation of business trip order, and communication with employees in case of uncertainties;
• Payment preparation in bank for expense claims, per diems, vendor invoices; sorting out paid invoices;
• Intrastat reporting;
• Business trip/Expense claim cost invoices – controlling, booking, communication with suppliers, sorting out issues;
• Monthly closing procedures;
• Assistance in audits, providing all necessary documents and information, prepare reports required by auditors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant in a company;
• Successfully graduated at least bachelor's program in Finance / Accounting / Business administration field;
• Fluent in Latvian and English languages (spoken and written) for external communication and communication with another departments;
• Advanced computer skills (working experience with MSC Navision will be a plus);
• Self-driven and resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment;
• High sense of responsibility;
• The ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks;
• Being a Team Player.
