We are looking for a talented Junior Accountant to join our GL Team in Poznań.

What does this role involve?

•  You will be responsible for GL posting, including all journal entries.
•  You will handle fixed asset processing and depreciation/amortization.
•  You will manage accruals, provisioning, and allocation recognition.
•  You will conduct sub-ledger and accounts reconciliation.
•  You will confirm IC balances.
•  You will participate in the month-end closing at the company level.
•  You will prepare financial statements and management reports.
•  You will provide support for finance audits.
•  You will ensure tax compliance.
•  You will prepare reports for the National Bank and statistical organizations.

This job is for you, if:

• You have at least one year of experience in accounting,
• You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility and possess strong analytical thinking skills,
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• You collaborate effectively within a team,
• You have excellent time management abilities,
• You have a continuous improvement approach and a data-driven mindset,
• You have English proficiency at least at the B1 level.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Excel
