Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities
β’ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounting entries.
β’ Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
β’ Support financial auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
β’ Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for stakeholders.
β’ Interpret financial data to assist management in decision-making processes.
β’ Utilize software for various accounting functions, including invoicing and expense tracking.
β’ Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance accounting skills and knowledge.
Experience
β’ A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles and practices.
β’ Understanding of financial concepts, including financial analysis and report writing.
β’ Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
β’ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.
