Junior Accountant PE

Currently, we are looking for Junior PE Accountant to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Banking operations (assisting in work with the Client-Bank and bank statements processing on request)
• Managing bank accounts exchange USD or EUR, transferring payments onto personal card accounts, taxes and other compulsory fees
• Preparing and submitting tax reports related to private entrepreneur activity
• Working with primary documentation
• Control documentary flow
• Support Senior accountant on ad hoc requests
• Participating in the process of PE registration, preparing documents, closely supervised by a manager
• Free access to registers in order to verify the PE registration status with the state authorities
• Data collection and opening of PE bank accounts and card accounts
• Participation in Digital Signature preparation, closely supervised by a manager
• Working with banks on preparing the data for closing PE accounts
• Preparing payment orders for taxes (Single Social Tax and Single Tax)
• Participation in preparing the main document set
• Termination of PE activity: Preparing a set of documents, closely supervised by a manager; Participating in data collection for the final settlements.
  

Qualifications or performance standards:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Intermediate English level
• Certifications: doesn’t require
• Specialized Knowledge: a confident user of PC (including Microsoft Excel and Word skills)
• Fast Learner Skills
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Team player
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information

Readiness to visit the office in Lviv during the trial period (first 3 months).
